specific monuments or memorials in the state monument and memorial repair fund to be used specifically for the
maintenance, repair, reconditioning or relocation of the fund depositing the monies. Current law requires every proposed monument or memorial to place 10-percent
of the cost of the monument or memorial into the fund for maintenance and repair of ALL existing monuments or
memorials.
